AUREL

Questions

Frequently asked.

How the AUREL concept is designed to work, from first enquiry to return. Because AUREL is not a real company, these describe intended policies rather than live terms.

About this website

Is AUREL a real company?

No. AUREL is a design concept created for a portfolio. It does not hire cars, take bookings or accept payments, and the enquiry form does not send anything. The answers below describe how the concept service is designed to work.

Are the photographs real?

The imagery is AI-generated concept photography made for this site. Vehicle specifications are taken from manufacturer-published figures.

Booking

How would a booking begin?

With an enquiry. You tell us the car, the dates and how you plan to drive, and a specialist replies with availability and terms. Nothing is booked until both sides have agreed in writing.

Can I enquire without choosing a car?

Yes. Describe the occasion or the roads you have in mind and we would recommend a car that suits them.

How far ahead should I enquire?

As early as practical. Exceptional cars are few, and occasions like weddings tend to fall on the same weekends.

Eligibility

Who can hire a car?

The concept assumes a full driving licence held for several years and a minimum driver age, with exact requirements varying by car and insurer. These would be confirmed before any agreement.

Can more than one person drive?

Additional drivers would need to meet the same requirements and be named before the hire begins.

Pricing and terms

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because there is no real service, publishing prices would be misleading. A live version would quote per car and per format, with deposit, mileage and insurance terms set out in writing.

Is there a mileage limit?

In the concept, mileage is agreed per hire format. A Grand Tour naturally allows far more than a single-day Occasion.

During the hire

What happens at the handover?

A specialist walks you through the car's controls, modes and any quirks, and you inspect it together. It is unhurried; you leave when you feel ready.

What if something goes wrong?

You would have a single named point of contact for the length of your hire, rather than a call centre.
