Our standards

What you can expect.

Instead of reviews we cannot honestly show, this page sets out the standards the AUREL service is designed around — specific enough to hold us to.

Preparation

Before every hire, without exception.

Each car follows a written checklist before it leaves.

Mechanical

  • — Tyre condition and pressures checked against the manufacturer's figures
  • — Fluids, brakes and warning systems inspected
  • — Battery and charge state topped up on hybrid cars

Cabin

  • — Interior detailed by hand, including seams and vents
  • — Seat, mirrors and wheel returned to neutral
  • — No fragrance or personal items left from previous use

Exterior

  • — Hand wash and finish inspection under studio light
  • — Wheels and calipers cleaned
  • — Any marks photographed and noted before handover

Our commitments

Four things we won't compromise.

Clear terms, in writing
Everything that matters — eligibility, deposit, mileage, insurance and timings — is written down and agreed before a hire is confirmed.
Honest recommendations
If a car is wrong for your plans, we say so, even if it is the one you asked for.
Unhurried handovers
No fixed time limit. You leave when you understand the car and feel comfortable.
A named contact
One person from first enquiry to return, rather than a queue or a call centre.

Why there are no reviews

Trust should be earned, not written.

AUREL is a design concept with no customers, so any testimonial here would be invented. Rather than fake quotations or star ratings, we show the standards the service would be held to. A live version would publish genuine, verifiable client feedback here.

Credentials

Insurance, licensing and membership details would be listed here once genuinely held and verifiable. None are claimed for this concept.

Hold us to it.
